Unruly Patron Punches Bouncer In Face At Montclair Bar: Police

MONTCLAIR, NJ — An “unruly patron” punched a bouncer in the face at Just Jakes while being escorted out of the business last month, Montclair authorities said.

According to the Montclair Police Department, the bouncer told officers a patron struck him while he was trying to do his job at the Park Street establishment on Dec. 21.

The bouncer suffered lacerations under his eye, police said.

The suspect was described as a 25-year-old male about 6 feet and 160 pounds, police said.
