UPDATE: Driver In Hussein Fatal Crash Charged With DUI, Homicide

The girlfriend of Montclair native and rapper Hussein Fatal – killed in a tragic crash in Georgia on July 11 – is facing charges of vehicular homicide and driving while intoxicated.

Georgia State Patrol police stated that Zanetta Yearby, 31, was driving a black Dodge Challenger on Interstate 85 when the vehicle crashed around 2:30 a.m.

Police said that Fatal – born Bruce Edward Washington – was ejected from the car and died almost instantly.

Yearby faces charges that include first-degree vehicular homicide, DUI, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving.

An investigation is ongoing.

A funeral for Fatal will be held in Montclair, a report stated.
