MONTCLAIR, NJ — A team of military veterans-turned-DJs are launching a new, monthly music and art showcase in Montclair called “The New Renaissance.”

The show's producer, Frank Schupp, a retired U.S. Army medic, said that he and his friends created the ongoing event series to bring positive music and art to the local community.

“There’s been a lot of fighting around the country lately, and we are hoping to give people an opportunity to express their ideas in a positive light through their art and music in this show,” Schupp said.
