Deadline to register for Vision Loss Alliance of New Jersey's 13-week program is July 22

Vision Loss Alliance of New Jersey will offer its cutting-edge technology program at the Montclair Public Library starting in September.

Vision Loss Alliance of New Jersey, one of the longest-serving nonprofits for adults with profound vision loss, is expanding the popular iPhone/iPad training to make it more accessible to Essex County residents.

“This is part of our strategic plan to bring more programs to communities, closer to participants’ homes,” Vision Loss Alliance Executive Director Kris Marino said. The program teaches adults with profound vision loss how to use the accessibility features, practical functions and specialized apps to stay organized, informed and connected. Beginner, intermediate and advanced training are offered.
