Volunteers Needed For Montclair Rent Control Board: How To Apply
Landlords and tenants are needed to serve on the town's newly formed Rent Control Board.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — Montclair officials are seeking volunteers to serve on the town’s newly formed Rent Control Board.

“The board shall comprise seven members: three tenants, one homeowner who is neither a landlord or tenant, and three landlords who reside in or own property covered by the rent control ordinance. Members will work with the [municipal] rent control officer to help resolve landlord/tenant issues and provide assistance with understanding and fulfilling the requirements of the ordinance.”
