MONTCLAIR, NJ — The Montclair Planning Board met for a public meeting earlier this week, discussing items that included a pair of resolutions and old/new business. Watch a video of the May 9 meeting below.

The meeting agenda included:

1. Call to Order and Statement of Compliance with Open Public Meetings Act. This meeting is being broadcast live on Channel 34 and is streaming live atwww.youtube.com, on demand and can and will be re-broadcast

2. Roll Call

3. Approval of Minutes: April 11, 2022.

1. Resolutions:

• Resolution regarding Label Street Study redevelopment area designation
• Resolution to continue to retain Davison Eastman, Munoz, Paone PA for Lackawanna Plaza litigation

2. Old Business:

1. Application 2631: M & M Tylek, LLC – 182 Glenridge Avenue. Request for extension of site plan approval.

3. New Business:

1. Application 2794: Jonathan Goidel - 264 Upper Mountain Avenue. (Block 602, Lot 13) Application for minor subdivision to create second lot.
2. Discussion of Annual Reports from Board of Adjustment for 2020 and 2021.

4. Committee Reports.

5. Payment of Bills.

6. Adjournment.
