Winter Storm Delays Some COVID Vaccinations In Essex County

Essex County pushed back the dates of some COVID-19 vaccination appointments at its five centers due to the winter storm, officials said.

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — Essex County has switched the dates of some COVID-19 vaccination appointments at its five centers due to the winter storm, officials said.

According to a notice on the county website:

“Due to the winter storm, all vaccination appointments scheduled for Monday, Feb. 1 were moved to Sunday, Jan. 31. In addition, all vaccination appointments on Tuesday, Feb. 2 are moved to Sunday, Feb. 7. Your location will remain the same. You will receive an email with the time of your appointment on Feb. 7. If you have any questions, email to EssexCOVID19@admin.essexcountynj.org.”
