Xbox Stabbing: N.J. Woman Indicted For Allegedly Killing Boyfriend Over Video Game Dispute

An Essex County woman was indicted for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend to death over an argument about an Xbox video game console.

A Newark woman has been indicted for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend to death over an argument about an Xbox video game console.

Authorities are alleging that 28-year-old Aisha Barr fatally stabbed her 26-year-old boyfriend, Christopher Greene, in their Newark home on Sunday, May 31.

The alleged slaying took place after a heated argument over an Xbox, when Barr went to the kitchen and came back with a knife, stabbing Greene once through the chest, according to a report.

Barr pleaded not guilty to the allegations during an appearance in June of 2015.

She was indicted on Friday and remains incarcerated in the Essex County Correctional Facility, RLS Media reported.
