51 Recognized for 15-50 Years of Dedication at Montville Schools

At the start of the 2018-2019 school year in Montville Township, New Jersey, fifty-one teachers were recognized for 15 to 50 years of dedicated service to the students of Montville Township Public Schools.

Collectively these distinguished educators have dedicated 1,005 years to the Montville Township community.

Joanne Aanstoots of Cedar Hill Elementary School received a standing ovation from the more than 800 colleagues who were in attendance, when it was announced that the 2018-2019 school year marked her 50th year in the district.

“It is an honor to congratulate each of these 51 teachers who have dedicated years of service to Montville Township Public Schools,” said Rovtar, “But is it with additional pride and gratitude that we recognize Joanne Aanstoots of Cedar Hill for 50 years of dedication to our district and the students of Montville Township. Such dedication says a great deal about our district”

In addition to the service pin that each teacher received in recognition of their landmark number of years of service, Aanstoots also received a bouquet of flowers in celebration of her 50 years of outstanding service to Montville Township Public Schools.

The first day of the 2018-2019 school year orientation included all Montville Township faculty, staff and administration. The Service Awards Ceremony was held in the Montville Township High School Dr. Robert O. Stafford Auditorium on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 8:00 AM.
