$693K Lottery Win For Montville Woman

MONTVILLE, NJ — Over six months after the drawing, lottery officials have named a Montville women as the lucky winner of a Dec. lottery worth nearly $700,000.

Olga Rotonda, of Montville, won the jackpot back in December, and waited until Feb 23 to claim her $693,752 prize.

Rotonda and her husband play Cash 5 and Pick 4 every day.On their way to dinner, they stopped in a Parsippany Krauszers and bought their winning ticket. The store owner excitedly told shoppers to check their tickets, lottery officials said, but the Rotondas stayed quiet until now.

Winners often wait to collect prizes, and a delay in the announcement of their names is not unusual.

The winning numbers for that drawing were: 01, 25, 27, 31 and 32 and the XTRA number was: 03.
