A Touch of Sunny Spain in Pine Brook
Sevilla Spain Restaurant promises cozy dining, affordable prices, and a place in the family
The last time I went to the Sevilla Spain Restaurant, on Route 46 East in Pine Brook, was with my family as a child. It was enjoyable then. It's even more fun now.
Sevilla offers authentic Spanish cuisine in family-friendly style.
The ambience is neat and clean, the floors shining, with paintings hanging on the walls. After a while, soothing Spanish music began to play. The atmosphere was quiet (which I prefer). And you could not beat the friendliness and smiles of the staff.

I ordered the Chicken in Rice, Arroz con Pollo for $14.95, which was served in an iron skillet, and my mother ordered the Stuffed Filet of Flounder (with Shrimp and Crab Meat) at $19.95. We were also both given a choice of soup or salad; I chose the escarole and bean soup while my mother took the opposite turn and had the salad with creamy Italian dressing. All was delicious, beginning with the bruschetta and bread served at the beginning of the meal, but the entrees really stole the meal. Everything was very well prepared and you definitely get what you pay for. These entrees are served in portions big enough to provide a meal for the following day(s).
For dessert, Sevilla offers diverse Spanish, Irish, and Mexican coffee, along with espresso and cappuccino. The dessert menu includes, all for affordable prices, their famous flan, which was the first on the list, ice cream, rum cake, tartuffo, tiramisu, crema catalano, cheesecake, and assorted sorbet.

And Sevilla boasts "the best sangria around."
The restaurant offers separate menus for lunch, dinner, and parties, which are all available on the website.
