• VFW and Montville Twp to Commemorate 9/11 (tapinto.net) — Montville residents are invited to a 9/11 memorial ceremony this Friday, Sept. 11 at 11 a.m. at Freedom Plaza in Community Park, with both in-person and Zoom options. Organized by VFW Post 5481 and Montville Township, the event will feature MTHS freshman Cameron Kessler reflecting on 9/11's legacy for a new generation.
   

• Montville's Finnerty Shares Message of Hope at Morris County Overdose Awareness Day (tapinto.net) — A Montville teen, Chloe Finnerty, shared a heartfelt message about loss, recovery, and hope during Morris County's Overdose Awareness Day ceremony in Parsippany.
