MONTVILLE, NJ — A project involving Konner Avenue could take another step forward Tuesday when the Montville Township Committee considers awarding a contract for the work.
Tuesday's meeting will be held at the Montville Municipal Building, 195 Changebridge Road, with the public portion beginning at 7 p.m.
The Township Committee is scheduled to consider Resolution 2026-358 during its Tuesday meeting, according to the township's final meeting agenda.
The resolution would award the contract for the Konner Avenue Improvement Project to Crossroads Pavement Maintenance, LLC.
Konner Avenue intersects with several township roads, including Woodmont Road, Walnut Drive, Cheryl Road and Sheffield Street, according to Montville's municipal code.
The project has previously appeared before the Township Committee. In February, officials approved a professional services contract with Christopher P. Statile, P.A. for engineering services connected to the Konner Avenue project. That contract was not to exceed $9,700.
Tuesday's agenda does not list the amount of the proposed construction contract or a schedule for the work.
