MONTVILLE, NJ — A township-owned Changebridge Road property is heading to the auction block.
Montville will hold a public auction for 70 Changebridge Road at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, at the Montville Township Municipal Building, 195 Changebridge Road.
The Township Committee determined the property, identified as Block 82.05, Lot 86, is no longer needed for public use.
Under Resolution 2026-329, the property will be offered to the highest bidder with a suggested minimum bid of $350,000.
The public sale is scheduled for 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, at the Montville Township Municipal Building, 195 Changebridge Road, unless the sale is canceled.
The township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and not award the property to the highest bidder.
