MONTVILLE, NJ — Montville Day 2026 was canceled this past weekend because of anticipated unsafe weather conditions, with no replacement date announced.
The celebration was scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 11. According to a Facebook announcement from Montville Township, officials made the decision after monitoring the forecast and site conditions.
"The safety of our residents, vendors, performers, volunteers, and staff is our top priority," the township said.
"We thank everyone who helped make Montville Day possible and everyone who was looking forward to joining us," Montville Township officials said.
