Happy New Year To All
New Year's resolutions using hypnosis to empower yourself to succeed.
The holiday season is over and I know that I was busy with so many things that when it came to the New Year, I just wanted to rest—to think about what I had done in 2012, how I can do better in 2013 and what I had learned. Yes, I went out, but I still started my reflection on the year and I probably will not finish for a while. So many good and bad things happened. I realized that I am handling things differently than I had in the past. I am not as angry, not holding onto the grudges and not having the pity parties I used to have…at least not for more than 15 minutes!
The New Year is for new resolutions, new ways to live, to eat, to be. But can you really change it all in a day? Is there a magic switch that you flip that allows you to change just like that? In some cases, yes, you can change a behavior just like that, especially if it is a bad one that makes you sick or that you waste a lot of money on. Stopping smoking is such a change; it can be done in one session. Gone! Why? Because cigarettes were never your friend, the smoke is killing you daily and the cost of cigarettes is outrageous. So when you are ready to quit, you can quit…with a little help from Hypnosis!
But what about other things—weight loss, improving confidence, finding love and/or loving yourself? You can change your behavior each day—feel and speak better to yourself each day and give yourself the love and kindness you would your best friend.

These changes take some time, and with help and guidance you can be very successful. Each andevery person I know looks for help, for some words of wisdom and forgiveness. Those people that say they do not need help or need anyone else are very angry, lonely people. They really want friendship and love, but they are afraid to expose themselves to hurt or disappointment. What they do not realize is that they shut themselves off to love, laughter and life!
Now is the time to discover your potential and to let others see your strengths. Discover who you are and focus on your growth. This is your new beginning, so start.

your resolution…whatever it may be! And if you fall, pick yourself back up and start again. There is no rule that states "all New Year's resolutions must start on January 1 and if you fail, you must give up until next year." If you want, you can make every day your New Year – a new beginning. It's all up to you.
Make 2013 your year! I know that I am making it mine!
Remember to live more, laugh more and smile each and every day! Not only will it make you feel better, it will make others feel better as well!
Sincerely,
Kathy Lindert
