Bridge Connecting Parsippany, Montville to Shut Friday
County road repairs will create detours in the area.
Construction scheduled for a bridge connecting two Morris County towns will shut the roadway for 12 hours Friday, Parsippany police announced.
The bridge connecting Old Bloomfield Avenue on the Parsippany side to Bloomfield Avenue on the Montville side will be closed from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 28 for road resurfacing by the Morris County Road Department.
Traffic will be heavy during the closure, and New Road at Old Bloomfield Avenue will remain open.
