The Max Challenge of Pine Brook is a 10-week fitness program for all levels. The program combines cardio, strength training and nutrition guidance in a live instructor lead group exercise. Our 45-minute exercise classes are designed to keep you moving while improving your cardio and strength conditioning throughout the 10-weeks. The group setting builds a solid support system to help you achieve your goals! Our nutrition plan provides specific guidelines and portion control enabling you to follow a simple, healthy nutrition plan to make you feel better, more energetic and lose those pounds!
