Clara Maass Medical Center Names Nicholas Minoia to the Board of Trustees

Nicholas W. Minoia has been named to the Board of Trustees at Clara Maass Medical Center, an RWJBarnabas Health facility.

Mr. Minoia is President and Founder of Diversified Properties and Diversified Realty Advisors, a full-service real estate development company that obtains site plan approvals and develops residential communities throughout the northeast.

Known in the real estate development community for his vision, adaptability and market savvy, Mr. Minoia’s 30-year history includes brokerage, construction, construction management, finance, real estate law and property management. He has conceived and developed projects in New Jersey, New York, including Manhattan, and Connecticut.

Previously, Mr. Minoia served as President of Westminster Communities, one of the largest private development companies in New Jersey, where he was responsible for the structuring of the company’s land acquisitions and entitlement processes. He was also a founding partner of Pinnacle Communities, where he specialized in the acquisition, sale and construction of luxury apartments, single-family and townhome communities.

In addition to being a resident of Towaco, Mr. Minoia serves as a Board Member for ConnectOne Bank, the fourth-largest New Jersey-based bank, and is Chairman of the Loan Committee and a Member of the Audit, Governance and Nominating Committees.
