Cops At 'Real Housewives' Star's Jersey Shore House Reportedly After Argument

“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Joe Giudice got into a heated argument at his Jersey Shore home Saturday, prompting police to be called to the scene, according to media reports.
The incident happened three days before the Manahawkin home was scheduled to be auctioned off at a sheriff’s sale in Toms River, according to NJ Advance Media. The auction is scheduled for Tuesday.
“It was a keep [and] restore the peace call made over loud arguing,” Officer Christopher Fritz told NJ Advance Media. “Once everyone was calmed down, we cleared. There was no cause for arrest.”

TMZ.com reported that a neighbor had stepped in after Giudicewas heard screaming at his 14-year-old daughter, Gia, after she had been locked out of the house. Giudice was throwing a party at the house, but police saw no party, according to the report.
Joe and Teresa Giudice will lose the home on Tuesday in an Ocean County sheriff’s sale, owing $348,025 on the home, according to NJ Adbance Media. Their main Montville home is also in foreclosure.

The couple owe millions of dollars after their failed bankruptcy, which resulted in a federal investigation into allegations they hid assets and failed to declare income, according to the report. The couple ultimately pleaded guilty ito bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud.
Teresa is serving a 15-month prison sentence at the Federal Correctional Institute in Danbury, Conn., Joe will start his 41-month sentence after she is released from prison, according to the report.
