Cops Still Searching for North Jersey Dad Accused of Kidnapping Sons
Photos emerge of boys who last spoke to their mother on Thursday, Feb. 5.
The search for a Hopatcong man accused of kidnapping his own two children continues Thursday, as police released photos of the boys.
Kristopher Dohm, who has weekend custody of his sons, Parker, 8, and Jaxon, 7, allegedly abducted his own children and fled the state, according to authorities.
Parker and Jaxon were scheduled to return to their mother’s house on the morning of Monday, Feb. 9, but never did. Their mother, Sandra Dohm, said on her Facebook page that she has not spoken to either of her children since Thursday, Feb. 5.

“I am concerned about them and need to know that they are safe and well,” the post reads. “I miss my boys tremendously.”
Authorities believe Kristopher Dohm fled the state with his children in a gray Nissan Pathfinder, with a New Jersey license plate of S17CKV. Police also believe the three may have altered their appearances, specifically by shaving their heads.

Kristopher Dohm is a white male, 5’7”, 150 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Parker Dohm is a white male, 8-years-old, 4’3”, 60 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Jaxon Dohm is a white male, 7-years-old, 4’0”, 50 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
According to missingkids.com, Kristopher Dohm has a tribal band tattoo on his right arm and another tattoo on his left leg, and Jaxon Dohm has a birthmark or mole on his chin. The report said Kristopher Dohm may be in need of medical attention as well.
The Hopatcong Police Department, Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office, and New Jersey State Police are all working on finding the trio.
