Driver Seriously Injured In Montville Crash: Police
The cause of the crash is still under investigation, police said.
MONTVILLE, NJ — A one car crash Thursday night seriously injured one, Montville police said in a statement.
The driver, traveling alone, veered off Bellows Lane near Benefly Road shortly before 8 p.m. on Thursday, striking a tree. Towaco Fire Department extracted the driver from the car, police said.
The driver was flown to St. Joseph's Hospital in Patersonwith "serious" injuries, police said.

No other cars were involved in the crash, police said, and the circumstances are still under investigation. Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to contact the police department at 973-257-4300.
