While we’ve all been scolded one time or another for eating raw cookie dough, the trick to Doughzert’s edible cookie dough is using heat-treated flour and pasteurized liquid egg whites, making it completely safe to eat.

The shop also offers “dream cups,” which are layered cheesecake cups, stuffed cookie dough balls, and cake/brownie batter by the scoop.

“I’ve been obsessed since the soft launch opening,” one reviewer wrote. “What a different, delicious sweet treat.”

“Incredible cookie dough, definitely recommend,” wrote another.

Those looking to bring a delicious conversation piece to a party or get together can also pick up party trays featuring a variety of non-baked delights.

The shop is open Monday to Thursday from 1 to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 1 to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 1 to 8 p.m.
