Beginner Hoop Class Description
In this class we will learn basic on and off body hoop moves. This is a beginner to intermediate class. No prior experience is necessary. With proper sized hula hoops, adults will find it easy and fun finding their own rhythm!

Hoop Dance helps with: coordination, balance, strength, confidence, focus and stress release. Hooping for 1 hour can burn 500-1000 calories!
Cost: $60 for 6 classes gets you a juicy discount on a handmade hoop if paid in full or $15pp drop in. (A percentage of proceeds will go to the school’s scholarship fund.) Adult size hoops provided for class use.
