Lakeland Hills Family YMCA is proud to once again partner with The Music Shop to present its annual free outdoor summer concert, Movie Magic Under the Stars, on Thursday, August 6, at 6:30 p.m. at Lakeland Hills Family YMCA, 100 Fanny Road, Mountain Lakes.
Performed by talented local musicians from The Music Shop, the concert will feature some of Hollywood's most iconic film scores, including music from James Bond, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Star Wars, and other cinematic favorites. The evening promises something for every generation, from longtime film buffs to young Star Wars fans, hearing these legendary themes performed live.
"This concert has become a wonderful summer tradition, and we're excited to once again partner with The Music Shop to bring our community together through the power of music," said Alex Martinez, President and CEO of Lakeland Hills Family YMCA. "The YMCA is proud to offer events like this that create opportunities for families, friends, and neighbors to connect, celebrate, and make lasting memories."
The concert is free and open to the public, and everyone is welcome. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and settle in for an evening of music, community, and summer fun.
In the event of inclement weather, the concert will be held at The Music Shop.
