Montville Man Owes $12K In Toll Fees: Port Authority Police

MONTVILLE, NJ— A Montville man was arrested Thursday for allegedly owing over $12,000 in toll fees, Port Authority Police said.

Julian Garcia, 42, from the Towaco section of town, was pulled over after passing through a Lincoln Tunnel toll booth without paying.

Port Authority police said records showed that Garcia had $12,300 in unpaid tolls, and over 190 violations.

Garcia's Honda Civic was impounded, and he was arrested. Port Authority police charged Garcia with theft of service and theft by unlawful taking.
