Montville Recreation Department will be sponsoring FORENSICS INTRO Competitive Speech and Debate classes for students in Grades 6th-8th
The Montville Recreation Department will be sponsoring FORENSICS INTRO Competitive Speech and Debate classes for students in Grades 6th-8th, Beginner & Advanced Levels.
This program will focus on the techniques of effective public speaking in the areas of oral interpretation, oratorical, interpretation, extemporaneous and impromptu speaking, as well as public forum debate.
Classes are held on Tuesdays: March 6, 13, 20, 27, April 10, 17, 24 & May 1 (No: 4/3) from 3:45pm to 5:45pm.

Program is held at the Montville Twp. High School Media Room & Class Room 301 located at 100 Horseneck Road in Montville.
Instruction is provided by Mrs. Mary Gormley, Montville Twp. High School’s Forensics Coach for 30 years, coaching students in local, state and national competition in the areas of Speech and Debate. Students from the award winning team will be acting as seminar interns.

The cost is $135.00 per person for the 8 (eight) week session.
