Montville Recreation

The Montville Recreation Department will be sponsoring BASKETBALL CAMPS for Boys & Girls, ENTERING 2nd through 9th Grades as of September 2019. All skill levels are welcomed!

This clinic will offer drills to improve your basketball skills. Games, contests, positional improvement, individual skill improvement, improve your basketball knowledge, and be seen by high school coaches and players! Contests will include knock-out, hot-shots, and team tournaments. Prizes and camp awards will be given out such as Hustle Champion, Sharpshooter Award, Defensive Stopper, Most Improved, Coach on the Court, and Play of the Week. All participants will receive a camp t-shirt.

Dress in sneakers and comfortable clothing. Bring a bagged lunch, snack, and water/Gatorade. Drinks, pizza, and other snacks will be offered for purchase. Proceeds from the snack bar will go towards the high school basketball programs.

Camps take place at the Montville Township High School’s Main & Auxiliary Gyms located at 100 Horseneck Road in Montville.

Instruction is provided by Coach Derek Lynn, Montville High School Girls Varsity Basketball Head Coach, Coach Bill Medina, Montville High School Boys Varsity Basketball Head Coach & Other Montville High School Girls and Boys Coaches and Players will be instructing as well.
