ROCKET PROGRAM for Students entering Grades 5th—8th in September 2020.

The Montville Recreation Department will be sponsoring a ROCKET PROGRAM for Students entering Grades 5th—8th in September 2020.
Calling all NASA lovers! The Rocket Program has been a summer time favorite at the Youth Center camp. This clinic will highlight various different aspects of rockets and the science behind them. Students make their own rockets based on what they learned throughout the week and will set them off on Thursday. Each rocket will have the ability to soar through the sky the length of a full soccer field and can be launched multiple times. CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED! FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE! COVID-19 Requirements and Protocols are in place. This is a fun OUTDOOR program designed so children can maintain social distancing.
Classes take place at the Montville Community Park FIELD HOUSE OUTSIDE AREA located at 130 Changebridge Road in Montville.
