The Montville Recreation Department is sponsoring a SPEED and AGILITY CLINIC for Grades 3-8. Groups will be broken down by Males & Females and possibly Grades depending on numbers.
Speed/Agility Training • Strength/Conditioning Training • Sports Performance Training • Improve Confidence, Balance, Footwork, Endurance
Program is held at the Lazar Gymnasium located at 123 Change Bridge Road in Montville.

Clinic runs on Sundays: January 23, 30, February 6, 13, 27 & March 6 (No: 2/20) from 5:00pm to 6:00pm.
