The Montville Recreation Department is sponsoring a SPEED and AGILITY CLINIC for Grades 3-8—Groups will be broken down by Males & Females and possibly Grades depending on numbers.
Speed/Agility Training • Strength/Conditioning Training • Sports Performance Training • Improve Confidence, Balance, Footwork, Endurance •
Program takes place at the Montville Community Park Turf Field # 5 (closest to Changebridge Rd) located at 130 Change Bridge Road in Montville.

Clinic runs on Wednesdays: April 6, 13, 27, May 4, 11 & 18 (No: 4/20) from 3:30pm to 4:30pm.
Supervision is provided by Mr. Jake Weisz of The Big Shot Ballers’. He was a two-year varsity starter at Montville High School and played collegiate basketball at Montclair State University.
