Montville Recreation

The US Sports Institute Sporty Squirts program introduces children aged 3 to 5 to a variety of sports such as Soccer, T-ball, Basketball, Lacrosse and Hockey, all taking place in a safe structured environment. Activities are designed to evoke a child’s imagination in which they can Find Nemo, send Shrek into a spin or capture Jellyfish with Sponge Bob Square Pants. All activities promote hand-eye coordination, movement and balance and most importantly Fun, Fun, Fun. The program curriculum will cover a different sport each week and include fun movement and coordination activities. (NOTE: Parents are encouraged to stay with their child during the course of the program.)

EQUIPMENT: Children will need to wear GRIP SOCKS. Shoes are not allowed to be worn on the wrestling mats! Please have your child bring a WATER BOTTLE!

Classes take place at the ACTIVITIES BUILDING located at 91 Passaic Valley Road in Montville.

Classes are offered on Tuesdays: January 17, 24, 31, February 7, 14, 21, 28 & March 7 from 1:30pm to 2:30pm.

In case of inclement weather a Make-up class will be added on at the end of the session !!!

Instruction is provided by USA Sport Group with US Sports Institute staff.

The cost of the program is $139.00 per person per 8 (eight) week program.
