Montville Recreation

The Montville Recreation Department will be sponsoring a FORENSICS INTRO Competitive Speech and Debate camp for Students Entering Grades 6th-9th in September 2017.

This program will focus on the techniques of effective public speaking in the areas of oral interpretation, oratorical, interpretation, extemporaneous and impromptu speaking, as well as public forum debate.

Camp runs Monday through Friday: August 14th to 18th from at 8:30am to 12:15pm at the Montville Twp. High School Media Room & Classroom 301 located at 100 Horseneck Road in Montville.

Instruction is provided by Mrs. Mary Gormley, Montville Twp. High School’s Forensics Coach for 29 years. She has been coaching students in local, state and national competition in the areas of Speech and Debate. Students from the award winning team will be acting as seminar interns.

The cost is $135.00 per person.
