Montville Recreation Spring Track & Field

The Montville Recreation Department is sponsoring a TRACK & FIELD LEAGUE for Spring 2023 for Students 9 to 15 years of age OR up to (8th Grade). * Age is determined by what age the child will be on 12/31/2023. For example: Currently 8 years old but turns 9 on July 4, 2023, he/she is considered 9 years old.

Must be Montville Township residents! This is a league rule! * 1st time participants MUST provide copy of birth certificate to the Recreation Department.

PROGRAM SIZE MAY BE LIMITED & CONTINGENT UPON OBTAINING THE # OF VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN VOLUNTEER TO PARTICIPANT RATIOS TO SAFELY OPERATE THE PROGRAM!!!

This is an opportunity to learn and participate in track and field events and compete in the Lakeland League.

Head Coaches are Melissa Goglia & Diana Pelov.

PRACTICES will take place at the Montville High School Track & Field.

MEETS will take place at neighboring communities and Montville High School (Parents MUST provide transportation).

PRACTICES will be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays beginning March 14th from 6:00 to 7:30pm.

MEET DATES Sat: 4/8, Sun: 4/16, 4/23, 4/30 & 5/7, Duals 5/13-14 & 5/21—Times To Be Determined.

***Students must attend 2 out of 3 practices per week to participate in meets and ALL registrants are required to attend and participate in Meets***

LEAGUE FEE is $110.00 per child. $10.00 discount for siblings. DOES NOT INCLUDE A JERSEY.

JERSEY FEE (if needed) is $20.00 per child and MUST be registered and paid for separately.

LATE FEE as of February 21st. The price will be $150.00 per person & no discounts!
