PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of the “Sunshine Law” you are hereby advised that the Montville Township Board of Adjustment meeting of August 12, 2020 will be held remotely, by means of communication equipment and services. The meeting will be limited to the following matters: ZSPP/FD04-19 H.G. Martin – 289 Changebridge Road – B: 160.2 , L: 12 – prel/final site plan & ‘d’ and ‘c’ variances; ZMSP/F/D/C09-19– Boonton Properties – 83 Boonton Ave– B: 3, L: 47.01 – 3 lot prel/final major subdivision/D variance/ c variance – 2 single family residential lots and 1 commercial (retail/restaurant); ZC09-20– Vidovich 18 Roome Rd – B: 39, L: 50 – front yard and side yard setback variances for addition to single family residence; adoption of minutes; resolutions and invoices.
