Multiple Break-ins of Unlocked Vehicles Reported Tuesday in Montville
The break-ins occurred in the area around Crescent Road, Gathering Road, Walnut Drive and Konner Avenue.

MONTVILLE, NJ — Numerous unlocked cars in Montville were broken into and items were stolen from them between 1-3 a.m. Oct. 4, Tapinto reports.
Captain Andrew Caggiano of the Montville Township Police Department said these break-ins occurred in the area around Crescent Road, Gathering Road, Walnut Drive and Konner Avenue.
The Detective Bureau of the Montville Township Police Department, with the assistance of the Morris County Sheriff’s Office, are conducting an investigation of the incidents.

"As a reminder, please ensure that you lock your vehicles and do not leave valuables in them," Caggiano said, according to Tapinto. "If you see any suspicious persons or vehicles, please report them to the police department."
