Pathways Recognized for 20 Years of Service

Melinda Jennis receives and award from Montville Township

Pathways for Exceptional Children began in January 2002 as a group of mothers that want all children to be included in Montville Township. They became a nonprofit in November 2002 and offered only one after-school program. Today, 20 years later, Pathways has over 30 programs a week in sports, arts, robotics, computer programming and more. On April 26, 2022, Melinda Jennis was recognized by Montville Township for her work with Pathways and the 20 years of tireless service she has given to the inclusion of all children.

Pathways for Exceptional Children offers programs to children not only in Montville but surrounding communities. They will be offering a 4 week STEM summer camp starting July 11th that is designed to build critical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork skills. Congratulations to Pathways and the 20 years they have given to children and building inclusion!
