Speakers discussed how although the future is uncertain, possibilities are endless.

There was a lot of laughter, praise for teachers and students, and even a few tears shed at Wednesday night's graduation ceremony in the gymnasium of the .

Interim principal Dr. Frank Calabria spoke first, talking of how education can be more than just intellectual.

"Education should develop physical and mental facilities, as well as intellectual," said Calabria, who also discussed teaching morals. "Moral character could be formed by the force of example."

Class president Justin Citron praised his class.

"Together, the good memories, bad memories and memories we can laugh with has brought us together as a class," Citron said. "This class of students is one of the best to every walk the halls of Montville High School."

Class advisor Emily Burgess aimed to inspire the students with her speech.

"In whatever you choose to do, live your dreams...find success and happiness through the effort you put forth," she said. "Destination unknown, but the possibilities are endless."

Graduation was moved indoors because of stormy weather, and many watched from a live feed sent to a separate room in the school.
