Heartbreak can be debilitating. It sucks the life out of anything fun and pleasurable. If left unresolved this pain can become a part of our personality. It can turn us into angry, bitter, unhappy, or paranoid people. The cruelty in this situation is that unresolved heartbreak keeps us in a continuous cycle of pain. Even if we manage to find love, it prevents us from completly giving ourselves to someone else. We always end up holding back because of the fear of hurt. We end up starting relationships with an unsteady foundation that are bound to dissapoint us in the future. My goal is to help people out of this relentless and oppressive pain cycle. I help people make present and future choices that they can be proud of. Freedom and relief is possible. Please don't let your pain prevent you from life, love and happiness. The most important step to take in the right direction is to decide not to let the pain take over. Don't suffer in silence. Get help.
