'Starving' Dog Found Wandering Rescued By Montville Animal Shelter
"Not too friendly right now but also seems scared," the shelter wrote.

MONTVILLE, NJ — A "starving" dog was found wandering in Lincoln Park, and the Montville Animal Shelter thinks the dog was dumped there.
The dog, pictured below, is a "very thing" older male pit bull, the shelter wrote on Facebook. They described him as having skin issue and starving.
He was found on Lincoln Boulevard in Lincoln Park.

"We have a feeling someone dumped him. Not too friendly right now but also seems scared," the shelter wrote.
