Winning Powerball Ticket Sold In Montville

MONTVILLE, N.J. - A township business sold a $50,000 winning Powerball ticket in Wednesday's drawing, NJ Lottery officials announced.

Montville Exxon on Route 202 sold the ticket, which had four matching numbers and the Powerball. If the ticket had been purchased with Powerplay, it would have been worth $150,000.

The winning numbers for the drawing were: 05, 08, 15, 22, and 49. The Powerball number number was 25. The multiplier number was 03.

“Congratulations to the fortunate lottery player who purchased the winning ticket,” said Lottery Executive Director Carole Hedinger. “This lucky player will now join the growing ranks of New Jersey Powerball winners.”
