Youth Use of Library in Montville Increases From 2009 to 2010

Youth circulation and participation in library programming increased from 2009 to 2010, while adult circulation and participation in programs dropped during that same time.

Youth circulation increased by more than 20,000 from '09 to '10, and even though adult circulation dropped by more than 10,000, total circulation increased by more than 9,000.

Earlier this year, the library returned monies from its budget back to the township for the second consecutive year. This year's transfer was a total of , while last year's was approximately $250,000.
