The first public hearing concerns traffic regulations. The owner of the property located at the intersection of Camden and Cottage avenues has filed an application to develop the property, for both residential and commercial uses.
The owner received preliminary approval from the Zoning Board. The owner also received preliminary approval from the Burlington County Planning Board.
As part of the approvals, left turns are not permitted onto Route 537 and traffic is not allowed onto Cottage Avenue northbound from the parking areas to be built. This proposal would make those conditions part of township code.
The second public hearing concerns aligning two lots that are part of the Route 90 corridor, an abandoned state highway, so that they are aligned with the surrounding lots. The boundary is oddly shaped because it was intended to be an off ramp when the state condemned the property for the Route 90 Highway Project.
There are also nine items on the consent agenda. To view the full agenda, visit the agenda center on the township’s website.
