Alert Citizen Scares off Would-Be Burglar in Moorestown: Police

Moorestown, NJ -- An alert resident apparently scared off a would-be burglar in Moorestown Friday night.

The incident took place at 8:30 p.m. on the unit block of Baldwin Hill Place, police said Saturday afternoon.

The attempted burglar entered the home by forcing open a window before being scared off. Nothing was stolen, and police are investigating.
