MARLTON, NJ — Howard Hill Furniture revealed on its website that it will be shutting its doors after 69 years in business after time in both Pennsauken and its current Marlton location.
"We have been honored to help you furnish your lives and create spaces for your most cherished memories," store staff said in their message to the community.
Management did not elaborate further on what brought them to this decision, other than "the time has come for us to say goodbye."
The business is holding an "Everything Must Go!" sale with up to 60 percent discounts storewide.
This includes living room sets, dining tables, bedroom furniture, decor, and more.
Special orders will be accepted until May 1 with a 10 percent off discount.
"We invite you to stop by one last time to share a memory, say goodbye, and find something beautiful for your home," the message concluded.
According to NJ Advance Media, the building has been sold, and the store is set to close at the end of June or in early July.
The Howard Hill family has owned the retailer during its entire run.
Howard Hill is located at 50 Route 70 E and can be reached at (856) 663-0560.
The store's hours of operation are Mondays through Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
