WILLINGBORO, NJ — Derrell Foggy, 33, was reported missing and is considered an "endangered person," the Willingboro Township Police Department said.
Foggy was last seen on Saturday evening in the Pennypacker Park area of Willingboro Township while wearing a black shirt that said "Kicking it with my cousins" on the front.
He was also seen wearing black jeans and white sneakers.
Foggy stands at 5-foot-7 and weighs around 160 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, authorities added.
