MOUNT HOLLY, NJ — Flash flood watches were accompanied by hours of storms that hit the Garden State on Sunday.
Eleven counties across New Jersey were met with at least two inches of rainfall.
The northern region of the state recorded the highest totals, with the top five neighborhoods all coming from just three different counties.
