BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ — A man's body was found along Sunset Road on Monday night, the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office said.
At around 8:15 p.m., officers responded to a report of an unresponsive man on the ground and found the 41-year-old who is not being identified at this time.
The possibility of a hit-and-run crash has not been ruled out, authorities said, though no drivers reported any crashes with pedestrians nearby during that time.
An autopsy is being performed on Tuesday by the Burlington County Medical Examiner's Office.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office at (609) 265-5035 or make a submission online.
