BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — Music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs was rushed out of FCI Fort Dix early Sunday morning to receive treatment for a head injury, according to TMZ.
Combs is serving 50 months in jail after he was convicted in 2025 on two counts of transporting people across state lines for prostitution after being acquitted on charges that included racketeering and sex trafficking.
Diddy was taken out of Fort Dix at around 1 a.m., TMZ said, with the specific diagnosis or cause of the injury still unconfirmed.
The three-time Grammy winner is said to now be back in the Special Housing Unit, or solitary confinement, TMZ added, after an NBC News report that presented an uncharacteristically lavish lifestyle for an inmate.
This, NBC detailed, included massages, contraband cell phones, higher-quality meals, contraband alcohol, and others doing chores for him, like cooking and cleaning.
This is Diddy's second time being placed into solitary confinement.
He was first relocated in July after a fight with another prisoner.
Combs is scheduled to be released on March, 2, 2028.
