Autumn In Moorestown Ushers In Fall Saturday

The annual township festival that ushers in the fall season is this Saturday.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — Celebrate fall at the 24th annual Autumn in Moorestown street festival presented by Moorestown Business Association, Saturday, October 14, 9 a.m.—4 p.m. on Main Street from Chester Avenue to Church Street.

This much anticipated Moorestown tradition always draws thousands to kick off the season with a variety of exciting activities for the whole family.

One of the event’s biggest draws is the juried art and craft fair, featuring jewelry, pottery, painted furniture, photography, fine art and more. The South Jersey Pontiac Club will be back again this year to host the classic car show where car enthusiasts can check out a wide variety of antique and specialty vehicles. The car show is sponsored by F.C. Kerbeck Automotive Group.

Live entertainment will be performed at various venues on the festival grounds, and an array of delicious food and drink options will be offered. Pumpkin painting and scarecrow stuffing are activities that families won’t want to miss.

This year, event organizers are trying a different layout for the festival area, with the car display and art fair booths extending the entire length of the street to encourage people to see and experience everything offered. Moorestown’s Main Street merchants and restaurants will also be offering seasonal items, menus and services.
